BULL OF THE WOODS

A classic big West Coast IPA, Bull of the Woods doesn't pull any punches. Citrus, floral, and piney hop notes dominate, along with accents of orchard fruits and graham crackery malt. Not for the faint of heart, Bull of the Woods is an IPA for folks who still believe IBUs are something worth counting.

8.5% ABV // 90 IBU

SEE: Golden, slight haze, with a nice white head.

SMELL: Big pine and citrus notes; floral accents along with hints of graham cracker and honey.

TASTE: Bready malt notes, along with assertive bitterness and big hop notes of citrus, pine, orchard fruit, and floral accents.

BITTER: 4 (out of 5).

SWEET: 2 (out of 5).

HOPS: Centennial, Chinook, Idaho 7, Simcoe.

MALTS: 2-Row, Golden Promise, Munich, Carahell.
