Seasonal Beer Servers
part-time and full-time positions
Schedule: Full and Part-time Seasonal Positions Available. Must be available nights and weekends at all three Kulshan locations.
Reports to: Taproom Manager
Education Requirement: No Formal Education Requireds
Work Experience: Customer Service Experience Required
Compensation: $17.66 per hour + Tips, Paid Sick Leave, Monthly Beer Benefits
($18.66 per hour beginning May 1st, 2025)
Front of House staff is an essential part of our team here at Kulshan. We expect Beer Servers to provide a comfortable, fun and educational experience to all guests. Front of House will greet guests, pour and serve beverages, operate the point of sales system, answer questions in a knowledgeable way, and provide a clean and organized space for staff and guests.
Prior food and beverage experience, base knowledge and passion for craft beer is a plus, but not required as long as you are team oriented and interested in learning about craft beer. A willingness to engage in proper beer education, a passionate work environment and following Kulshan’s Core Values is an important part of our Front of House staff training.
