Job Title: Beer Salesperson / Outside Sales Representative
Reports To: Sales Manager
Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Schedule: Monday–Friday; occasional evenings/weekends
Base Compensation: $22 - $29 / hour depending on experience.
Commission: In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for performance-based commission and incentives. Commission may include monthly or quarterly commission based on case volume sold, new account placements, increased points of distribution, and achievement of established sales goals.

Position Summary: Responsible for growing beer sales and brand presence within an assigned territory through relationship-building, distributor coordination, and strong brand representation.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
21 years of age or older
Attention to detail, meticulous cleanliness, concise and thorough communication and the desire to provide great customer service
Sales experience preferred; beer industry experience a plus
Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Key Responsibilities:
Sell draft and packaged beer to on- and off-premise accounts
Maintain regular account visits and call routes
Open and grow retail and on-premise accounts
Conduct tastings, trainings, and sales presentations
Work with distributors to drive sales and execution
Ensure product freshness and brand standards
Track sales activity and submit reports
Represent the brewery at events and promotions to include Eastern WA and SW WA

Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to participate in critical assessment of beers
