ITALIAN PILSNER

The Origin Story of Italian Pilsner unfolds when an ingenious Italian brewer embarked on crafting a German pilsner, only to stumble upon an unexpected revelation. Through the serendipitous act of dry hopping, a whole new beer style was born. Honoring its German roots, our Italian Pilsner maintains the essence of a classic German Pils, while embracing a touch of American influence. We delicately dry hopped this brew with Mosaic and Strata hops, imparting a delightful fusion of herbal and floral hop notes, complemented by subtle hints of berry and tropical fruit. Prepare to embark on a flavor journey that bridges continents and surprises the palate with its refreshing yet assertive character.
