CHERRY GOSE

Our classic Gose recipe with a twist, Cherry Gose is kettle soured and then fermented with Himalayan pink salt, coriander and sweet cherries. The result - a refreshingly tart ale, with crisp cherry notes and a slightly sweet finish.

4% ABV // 9 IBU

SEE: Deep pink, with slight haze and sturdy white head.

SMELL: Cherry forward, with notes of citrus and slight coriander spice.

TASTE: Sweet / tart cherry notes, dry bready malt, and ever-so-slight coriander notes. Finishes dry and refreshing.
