Shop Night Pale Ale is now on tap at Roosevelt.

Formerly known as Good ol' Boy Pale Ale, this beer has been a treasured part of our beer lineup since the early days of Kulshan. However, the years have gone by and our beer offerings have evolved, and we've decided it was time to give this wonderful Pale Ale a bit of a revamp. Much the same easy-drinking ale it has always been, we have tweaked the recipe ever so slightly, adding Simcoe and Idaho 7 hops to compliment the forever classic Cascade and Centennial hops that this beer was built around. Along with these recipe tweaks, we have also decided it was time for a new name, so please welcome Shop Night Pale Ale to our core lineup! The name is a tribute to tradition, creativity, and community, and we are so happy to present to you this new tweak on a true classic.

A clean malt profile provides the foundation for this beer, with soft notes of crusty bread, biscuit, and toasted wheat. American aroma hops are the stand-out stars in this beer though, providing vibrant notes of citrus and citrus zest, as well as floral, piney accents. Whether working on a project in your shop or having pints with friends at your local taproom, Shop Night is a trustworthy and loyal companion. Cheers!
