Fresh Hop IPA is now on tap and in cans at Roosevelt.

Made with over 600 pounds of fresh Mosaic and El Dorado hops, this year’s Fresh Hop IPA is an exuberant and exciting beer. Golden straw in color, with a soft white head, it is citrus and tropical fruit-forward with subtle notes of spicy pine and ripe orchard fruits. A tribute to this Year’s Hop Harvest, we recommend drinking this unique beer immediately.

6% ABV // 60 IBU

SMELL: Citrus and tropical fruit-forward, with notes of pine and orchard fruits.

TASTE: Similar to aroma, citrus and tropical fruits dominate with subtle pine and orchard fruits.

HOPS: Bravo, El Dorado, Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7.

FRESH HOPS: Mosaic and El Dorado.
