Rum Barrel-Aged Gose

Rum Barrel-Aged Gose is now available in bottles at both locations.

We'll bet this beer will be unlike anything you've had before. With rum barrels from Seattle's Sun Liquor Distillery, we aged our house Gose for six months resulting in a uniquely aromatic, crisp and refreshing beer. Aromas of rum, vanilla and white wine complement the tastes of fresh citrus, orchard fruits and white grapes. Distinct and perfectly blended, we hope you find this beer as delicious and enjoyable as we do.

4.5% ABV // 9 IBU

SEE: Hazey golden straw, with a fine white head.

SMELL: Vanilla, pineapple, white wine, and cane sugar.

TASTE: A blend of citrus and orchard fruits.

BITTER: 1 (out of 5).

SWEET: 2 (out of 5).

HOP: Hallertau Perle.

MALT: Pale Wheat, and Pilsner.
