Winchester IPA

Winchester IPA is the latest beer to be released in the Cascade Peaks series. It’s now on tap at Sunnyland and in bottles at both locations.

Named after Winchester Mountain, a popular destination for back country skiers in the winter and hikers in the summer, this IPA is crisp, dry, and fruity. Citrus notes of lemon and lime predominate in the aroma and on the tongue, followed by more subtle accents of peach, melon, and subtle bready malt. A bright and fun IPA, we think you'll enjoy this one greatly.

6% ABV // 55 IBU

SEE: Golden straw in color with a fine white head.

SMELL: Lemon and lime, followed by a orchard fruit of peach and pear.

TASTE: Lemon and lime forward, with subtle peach, melon, and berry characteristics.

BITTER: 3 (out of 5).

SWEET: 1 (out of 5).

HOPS: Cashmere.

MALTS: Finest Pale, Carafoam, and Flaked Wheat.
