Our last beer release of 2020, Echoes in Time is a bold and commanding Imperial Stout. A blend of dark roasted malts and crystal malts impart harmonious layers of sweet, bready, and roasty malt notes. Apollo and Willamette hops provide the bitter to balance out the sweet, along with slight earthy and floral hop notes. A full bodied and decadent beer, Echoes in Time is here to help us kick 2020 out the door, and welcome in 2021!

9.9% ABV // 75 IBU

SEE: Opaque black with a rich tan head.

SMELL: Coffee, vanilla, cherries, dried figs and prunes, with roasted and toasty malt.

TASTE: Rich bready malt, balanced roasty bitterness, sweet notes of caramel, vanilla, and dried dark stone fruit.

BITTER: 2 (out of 5).

SWEET: 3 (out of 5).

HOPS: Apollo, Willamette.

MALTS: 2-Row, Caramunich, Chocolate, Brown, Roasted Barley.
