Next up in our Hello, Goodbye series Elastic Shadow. Deceptively smooth for an Imperial IPA, Elastic Shadow boasts big sweet citrus notes, as well as accents of pear, peach, and pine. Enticingly fragrant and exquisitely balanced, this beer is full of ripe, juicy notes, and is undoubtedly going to get IPA fanatics real stoked.

8% ABV // 40 IBU

SEE: Hazy golden color with a small white head.

SMELL: Sweet mandarin orange, citrus pith, raspberry, and peach smells.

TASTE: Fresh orange, peach, pear, light pine. Followed by bready malt and slight boozy heat.

BITTER: 2 (out of 5).

SWEET: 2 (out of 5).

HOPS: Simcoe, Idaho 7, El Dorado, Chinook.

MALTS: 2-Row, White Wheat, Unmalted Wheat, Flaked Oats
