Schucks on the Beach is a collaboration with our good friends at Taylor Shellfish Farms. German Pilsner and Vienna malts provide a rich, bready malt profile, whilethe coriander and pink peppercorns add subtle fruity and spicy accents, and the sea salt adds just the slightest hint of refreshing salinity. A fun twist on a classic style, this beer is a perfect companion for fresh shellfish, but is also delicious all on its own.

7% ABV // 30 IBU

SEE: Golden with a white head.

SMELL: Fresh bread, and subtle spice.

TASTE: Subtle pepper, and fruity spice, followed with a finish of fresh bread and a touch of saline.

BITTER: 1 (out of 5).

SWEET: 2 (out of 5).

HOPS: Ariana, Hallertau Perle.

MALTS: Pilsner, Vienna, Carafoam.

OTHER: Toasted Coriander, Toasted Pink Peppercorns, Himalayan Salt
