Next up in our Cascade Peaks Series, Vesper Hazy IPA, named after the peak that lies just to the Southwest of Glacier Peak. This easy drinking brew is a citrus forward hazy IPA. Smooth and balanced, with minimal bitterness, boasting some tropical and orchard fruit notes, Vesper is juicy and full flavored.

7% ABV // 35 IBU

SEE: Hazy golden straw with a nice persistent white head.

SMELL: Fresh orange zest, tangerine, papaya, and mango.

TASTE: Smooth bready malt, fresh orange, tangerine, nectarine and mango.

BITTER: 2 (out of 5).

SWEET: 2 (out of 5).

HOPS: El Dorado, Mosaic, Lotus.

MALTS: 2-Row, Pilsner, White Wheat.
