Interstellar Burst

Our friends at Cosmic Dirt are on a mission to make space for all in the outdoor industry, and to look good doing it. We teamed up to celebrate a mutual love of wild spaces, and the launch of their technical mountain bike apparel line! Interstellar Burst is overflowing with juicy passion fruit, guava, and tangerine notes, this fruited kettle sour will send your taste buds into the cosmos!

5.5% ABV // 15 IBU

SEE: Golden, with an orange glow, slight haze and fine white head.

SMELL: Tart on the nose, with juicy tangerine and passionfruit notes.

TASTE: Tart, dry, and supremely refreshing. The tangerine and passionfruit are subtle but come through nicely, while the mosaic dry hopping adds light fruity complexity.

BITTER: 2 (out of 5).

SWEET: 2 (out of 5).

HOPS: Hallertau Magnum; dry hopped with Mosaic.

MALTS: 2-Row Barley, Malted Oats, Malted Wheat

OTHER: Fermented with tangerine and passionfruit puree.
