Yutori Japanese Rice Lager
One of the most popular beers in Japan is Asahi "Super Dry," and although this Japanese Lager is far superior to that beer, it is also most certainly "Super Dry." A recipe that Kulshan's own Drake Schaffer took the lead on, Yutori is a very pale and a very dry lager that has excellent balance and truly embodies the term "crushable."
