Silly Sun Imperial IIPA

Silly Sun is now available on draft at the Sunnyland Beer Garden.

Silly Sun is a big, bold imperial hazy IPA that somehow manages to be silky smooth and easy to drink at the same time. Very citrus forward, it also has tropical fruit, raspberry and strawberry accents, as well as slight warming alcohol.

8% ABV // 40 IBU

SEE: Hazy Golden, fine but persistent white head.

SMELL: Fresh orange, pine, red berries, slight mango and passionfruit. Floral accents.

TASTE: Bready malt, with slight sweetness and medium body. Big zesty / pithy citrus notes, along with slight spicy pine, warming alcohol, and light mango.

BITTER: 2 (out of 5).

SWEET: 2 (out of 5).

HOPS: Chinook, El Dorado, Azacca, Citra.

MALTS: 2-Row, Pilsner, White Wheat, Flaked Oats.
