Echoes in Time

Echoes in Time is a bold and commanding Imperial Stout. A blend of dark roasted malts and crystal malts impart harmonious layers of sweet, bready, and roasty malt notes, while Apollo and Willamette hops provide the bitter to balance out the sweet, along with slight earthy / floral hop notes. Full bodied and decadent, Echoes in Time is a dark and sultry delight.

9.9% ABV // 75 IBU

SEE: Opaque black ; rich tan head

SMELL: Coffee, vanilla, cherries, dried figs and prunes, roasted / toasty malt.

TASTE: Rich bready malt, balanced roasty bitterness, sweet notes of caramel, vanilla, and dried dark stone fruit.

BITTER: 2 (out of 5).

SWEET: 3 (out of 5).

HOPS: Apollo, Willamette
