Black Peak IPA is the 6th beer to be released in the Cascade Peaks Series and is now on tap and in bottles at both locations.

A throwback to when Kulshan offered a full-time Cascadian Dark Ale, this beer beautifully melds a complex and dark malt bill with citrusy, piney hops. The aroma is exuberant and multifaceted, featuring notes of citrus pith, fresh evergreen boughs, and light coffee and toasted malt aromas. Flavor wise it is much the same, balancing bright citrusy and piney hop flavors with light roastiness and toasted malt notes. Unique and fun, this beer boasts bright hop flavors, a robust, satisfying malt body, and pleasing drinkability.
