Clean, bready malt up front, with undertones of toast, biscuit and ever-so-slight toffee. Light noble hops and mild lingering sweetness.

4.8% ABV // 27 IBU

SEE: Bright copper with a small white head.

SMELL: Bready malt, biscuit, and light toast.

TASTE: Bready malt, slight toast biscuit, and toffee. Mild lingering sweetness.

BITTER: 1 (out of 5).

SWEET: 2 (out of 5).

HOPS: Hallertau Perle.
