A refined and classic style, Kolsch is a German Ale that is crisp, dry, and highly quaffable.  Brewed with finest German malts, this beer boasts subtle bready malt notes, complimented by light floral hop accents and just a touch of fruitiness.  Brewed with love, pride, and patience, Kolsch is the perfect beer to usher us in to warmer and sunnier months.

4.9% ABV // 23 IBU

SEE: Golden brown straw.

SMELL: Bready malt, noble hops, light sulfur.

TASTE: Bready malt, light cracker, slight malt sweetness. Finishes dry.

BITTER: 1 (out of 5).

SWEET: 1 (out of 5).

HOPS: Hallertau Perle, Hallertau Saphir.

MALTS: Pilsner, Cologne Malt, Carafoam.
