Belgian Witbier
Born in Brussels in the 17th century, Witbier was popular throughout Europe until the mid-1900s, when it nearly went extinct due to the damage done by two World Wars. Thanks to craft brewers it is now enjoying a renaissance, inviting drinkers in with its light, pillowy malt profile, and crisp refreshing citrus notes.
