ESB

ESB is a beer originally brewed by Fullers, a very old and renowned London brewery, and is in of itself not a beer style. The style is techically "Strong Bitter," and is a medium strength british ale that exhibits bready and lightly sweet malt notes, along with considerable floral and earthy hop character.

5.5% ABV // 35 IBU

SEE: Deep copper, nice white head. Bright.

SMELL: Bready malt, toffee, light fruitiness, floral / earthy hops

TASTE: Bready malt with light caramel sweetness, balanced bitterness and pleasant earthy hop notes.

BITTER: (2 out of 5).

SWEET: (3 out of 5).

HOPS: Challenger, East Kent Goldings, Willamette

MALTS: Maris Otter, Chevallier Malt, Crystal Malt
