Sahale Hazy IPA

Sahale Hazy IPA is the latest beer to be released in the Cascade Peaks series and is now on tap at Sunnyland and in bottles at both locations.

Mount Sahale is a jagged, rugged peak in the North Cascades. Though we love the name, we have to be honest, there is nothing jagged about this beer. Malted Oats and unmalted wheat give this beer a soft and smooth malt presence, as well as mild toasty bread notes. The real star in this show is obviously the hops, and they don't disappoint. Big notes of lime, peach, and strawberry jump out of the glass, followed by slighter citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine. Not jagged, but certainly bold, this beer is a real good time.
