Mango-Strawberry Apero

Mango-Strawberry Apero is now on tap at Sunnyland as part of our small batch program.

The third installment in our Apero series, this unusual brut beer is thirst quenching and delightfully refreshing. Sweet strawberry notes are apparent up front, followed by juicy mango accents. Extremely dry and clean, this style is still a staff favorite. Santé!

6% ABV // 10 IBU

SEE: Golden straw in color with a slight haze.

SMELL: Strawberry forward with a bready malt character.

TASTE: Strawberry up front, followed by mango, that leads into a dry bready finish.

BITTER: 1 (out of 5).

SWEET: 2 (out of 5).

HOPS: UK Admiral.

MALTS: 2-row and Toasted Rice.

OTHER: Strawberry, Mango, Orange Peel, Coriander, and Chamomile.
